Having had extremely humble beginnings and being raised by loving, dedicated parents in the most challenging of environments, we learnt some important lessons – ones that will remain with us for the rest of our lives:

True wealth is not about how much money you have in the bank. It’s about how much compassion you show towards others, and in particular those less fortunate than yourself. It’s about empathy, wanting to make a difference and having both the will and ability to enrich other people’s lives.

Inspired by children and their families, who, despite facing life-threatening conditions or severe disability, show dedication, compassion and strength, we made the very easy decision to found Your One Wish.
