As India faced a horrifying third wave of Covid-19 we, like many others, we felt compelled to do something to help.
We reached out to our incredible supports and raised a massive £33,000 in just a couple of weeks!
With this, we sourced high spec, high quality oxygen concentrators and pulse oximeters, which are desperately needed in India to save lives. We teamed up with a reputable transporter, and hastily shipped the units from the UK to India.
The first batch arrived with Manav Sadhna, a non-profit organisation who were distributing aid across Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
The second batch arrived at Unique Home for Girls in Jalandhar who are supporting their local community and further afield.
These machines have been hard at work, preserving and saving lives, with more deliveries due to arrive across India, in the coming days.
