Natasha is an only child who lives in the North of Sheffield with her Mother and Father. Natasha’s Mum has been battling breast cancer for a number of years and last year was given the terrible news that the cancer had spread to her bones and was terminal. Natasha has always been aware of her mother’s illness and has spent years caring for her Mum while Dad is at work.
Natasha’s Mum said that this combined with the stress of Year 11 exams is taking a toll on Natasha who is suffering from a stomach anxiety and has difficulty regulating her emotions. Natasha has always rushed home from school to look after her Mum, leaving her Mum feeling guilty as she feels that she has not had a childhood. Natasha has been encouraged to take up some hobbies, one being special effects make up. We were happy to supply her with a professional kit to enhance her skills.
Natasha’s wish was to spend quality time with her family and to visit London for some sight seeing but especially to spend the day at Madame Tussauds. Your One Wish paid for the family’s travel from Sheffield and back, overnight stay and premium tickets to Madame Tussauds.
We hope they had a lovely time and made some amazing memories together.
